Emergency Shelter
The Crisis Center provides safe housing, meals, clothing, personal care products, and other basic necessities to clients in need. There are also other services offered such as case management, advocacy services, and residential support groups.
Domestic Violence Services
The Crisis Center provides services such as outreach advocacy, educational info, and legal advocacy/referrals. It is important to us that we provide you with the resources you need to keep you safe.
Sexual Assault Services
Every 98 seconds, an American is sexually assaulted. The Crisis Center wants to help all victims by offering forensic exam accompaniment, outreach advocacy services, legal advocacy/referrals, and additional educational information.
Outreach Support Groups
To protect the safety and privacy of support group members, prescreening is required for anyone wishing to participate. For more information about support group topics, times, or locations, please call 800-933-0374 or 219-866-8281.

At local schools in our service area the child advocate can provide presentations on a wide array of topics. The largest presentation that we give involves the Second Step Child Protection Unit. There are also middle school, high school, and community programs offered as well.

The mission of the North Central Indiana Rural Crisis Center is to help end domestic violence and sexual assault in Jasper, Newton, and Pulaski counties by providing temporary shelter and services to victims and children of domestic violence and/or sexual assault through education, advocacy, and community intervention.
